Betws-y-Coed is an ideal base from which to explore all that Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales have to offer. There are castles and steam railways to visit, along with numerous adventure-based activities including Zip World and Surf Snowdonia. Go walking or mountain biking in the local forests and mountains, or visit a variety of coastal locations.
